Vishal-Shekhar musical zing is all charged up in delivering rustic zing of "bhojpuri" punch that gets embroiled meticulously into modernized hip-shaking orchestrations.

Folksy Sukhwinder Singh's folklore tinge of delivering sentimental blues gets into racy rock musical mode as mood goes berserk in rollicking hit track "Dil Haara". The mood goes theatrical as all four lead actors emotes out their way of "TASHAN" (meaning fashion or style in Punjabi or in any North Indian lingo) in four different vocal versions titled as "Pooja Ka Tashan" (Kareena Kapoor), "Jimmy Ka Tashan" (Saif Ali Khan), "Bachchan Pandey Ka Tashan" (Akshay Kumar) and "Bhaiyyaji Ka Tashan" (Anil Kapoor). Vishal-Shekar's TASHAN may not be as big or grand as their last year chartbuster hit OM SHANTI OM but delivers the bankable massy appeal in almost every single soundtrack. After RACE, this comes out as second big budget musical "blitzkrieg" that will be hitting high on stands in its earlier weeks of release. Soundtracks like "Dil Haare" and "Dil Dance Maare" stands out as the most promising while "Falak Tak" and "Chhaliya" will be picking up fast and quick with its film's aggressive promotion and probable success at the box office.
