Lately Ram Gopal Verma films have excelled to triumph with dark subjects that were catalyzed with daunting display of horrendous background musical feel. This musical outburst tormented viewer’s senses with terror and created a new spectrum of music. RGV benchmarked the intimidating feel of trepidation making viewers on their edge of seats with loud and theatrical background score. NISHABD stirs your senses and creates ripples of surprises as lead actors gets into singing ardor with modulating and tantalizing vocal modes.

Legendary Amitabh Bachchan’s breathy vocals maximize the surreptitious and repressed feel of infatuated lover through his refined display in “Rozana”. Vishal Bharadwaj chisels out another stunner that collages brilliantly with Big B vocal histrionics with sheer perfection. Nubile nymphet Jiah Khan’s vociferous oomph adds one more dimensions to her uncrowned stardom through her multifaceted flair for singing in voluptuous “Take Lite”. Ramu experiments with Farhan-Sajid skills to enamored Jiah’s vocal sensuality to titillate senses with mixed bag of Arabic-western flair of music. Besides these two musical bonanzas there are bunch of audible soundtracks from Big B latest movies comprising mainly with numbers like “Kehta Hai Babul” (BABUL), “Chali Chali” (BAGHBAN) etc to make it commercially viable.

NishabdSoft and sauntering paced breathy sounds of passion cascades through the finely webbed lyrical mysticism that grows at par with ebulliently charged musical flow in “Rozana”. Big B magnanimous vocal skills exfoliate the passionately surreptitious zest for his dreamy desire through “Rozana Jiye, Rozana Mare, Teri Yaadon Mein Hum…” Vishal Bharadwaj music makes optimum usage of electronics gadgetry that gels well with the gleaming “rhythm & blues” attire of musical packaging. Munni Dhiman lyrical feast attributes profoundly with phrases like “Har din teri ankhon se Duniya ko takta hoon mein, Tu jaise rakhti thi ghar vaise hi rakhta hoon mein, Teri trah sang sang chale yaadein teri…” depicting the inhibitions of compassionate articulates of lover. It has shades from “Neela Aasman So Gaya” (SILSILA) and to some extent from his recently delivered “Kehta Hai Babul” (BABUL) for sonorous and shimmering vocal display. It adds to Big B nostalgic voiced displays that should strike chord with aesthetically packed choreographic skills to spark flames on screen.

Rage, passion, desire…it all pelts out with sweltering and iridescent vocal moves of Jiah Khan in voluptuously packed and delivered “Take Lite”. It’s a “chock-a-block” filled with fusion orchestration of Turkish, Arabic and western tuneful punches. Nubile nymphet Jiah Khan astonishes with her glistering pop singing mode that sounds ambivalent to Shakira’s sensuous hip-shaking and slender singing. Farhan-Sajid flaunts with upbeat Latino styled musical flair and spices up to make this “nymphomaniac” audio-visual treat. Amar Mohile lyrics targets pop genre than being expressive and roars up with trendy “Hinglish” lingo to match with seductiveness of the track. Jiah Khan promises good news on pop singing scenario as she might be next big obsession for pop tracks after Alisha Chinai and Vasundhra Das in coming days.

NISHABD was pronounced to be song-less during its launch but proved to be a delight and surprise to ears with two pulsating soundtracks. It accounts to two in number but surprises are in galore for Big B fans in “Rozana” and musical thump makes news in “Take Lite”. Its prospects are shouldered on the spirited Big B “fan following” and if things work appreciably on screen then this might be surprise hit.
