Post the reviews that it bagged in the Cannes Film Festival 2011, "Gandhi to Hitler" is Amrapali Media's very first venture and would be running on movie theaters 29th July 2011 onwards. The film would be released in Hindi as well as English languages and is said to be on the lines of international movie "Dear Friend Hitler". The story line of the movie revolves around the downfall of Hitler, his last days when his trusted aide named Joseph Goebbels and love Eva Braun stood beside him. This was the time when Germany crumbled and all his compatriots deserted him. Amrita and Balbir, the central characters of the movie who delineates that people's fate is often decided by the ideology that they choose for themselves. With incidents and subtle nuances, the film reinforces the superiority of Gandhism over Nazism, and gives out the message of world peace, which remains pertinent in today's turbulent times of terrorism. An unsual plot such as this, sure requires an unsual star cast. This crossborder film features Neha Dhupia, Raghuvir Yadav,Avijit Dutt, Aman Verma, Naseer Abdullah, Lucky Vakharia, Nalin Singh, Nikita Anand and Bhupesh Kumar Pandey in lead roles.So get all ready to have a tryst with history with a contemporary undertone.
